Riley Sherrouse is the CEO and founder of Stag Electric & Solutions, a driven and highly skilled electrician with a passion for building a family-owned business rooted in quality and integrity. With over six years of hands-on experience in the electrical field, Riley has dedicated himself to mastering his craft and delivering dependable, high-quality electrical services.

He completed four years of formal training through the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) program, where he developed a strong technical foundation and commitment to excellence. In 2024, Riley earned his Journeyman Electrician license, marking a major milestone in his career. Determined to continue advancing, he pursued his Master Electrician license at just 23 years old and successfully obtained it in early 2026.

Riley’s ambition, work ethic, and passion for the trade led him to establish Stag Electric & Solutions, where he combines modern expertise with traditional values. As a young business owner, he is committed to providing reliable service, honest work, and building lasting relationships within his community.

David Sherrouse

David Sherrouse is the COO and co founder of Stag Electric & Solutions, with over three decades of hands-on experience in the electrical trade. He began his career in 1991 immediately after graduating high school, quickly building a strong foundation through hard work and dedication to the craft. In March of 1998, he earned his Journeyman Electrician license—marking a significant milestone in his professional development. David also holds an OSHA 30 certification.

Since then, David has continued to grow his expertise, earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and deep knowledge of the field. His career reflects not only years of experience, but a genuine passion for electrical work and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Harlie Sherrouse

Harlie Sherrouse serves as the Marketing & Billing Coordinator for Stag Electric & Solutions LLC, where she oversees client communications, branding, and financial operations. She is a licensed paramedic and OSHA-certified professional, bringing a strong foundation in safety, attention to detail, and high-pressure decision-making to the company. Harlie plays a key role in maintaining efficient operations while ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience.
